We currently only ship within the United States. Orders are shipped via standard shipping.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

Tracking Information

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates after shipping.

Shipping Delays & Issues

• We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

• If your package is lost or delayed beyond 15 business days, please contact us at contact@mackies.shop, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Address
