At Mackie's, we strive to provide high-quality, custom-designed products. Since our items are made to order, we can only accept returns or replacements for certain cases. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We accept returns or replacements if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a printing or fulfillment error. If you receive an item that meets these conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at contact@mackies.shop within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide a clear photo of the damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item.

  3. Once approved, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost or offer a refund if applicable.

Returns & Exchanges for Size or Buyer’s Remorse

Because each product is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or color selection (please refer to our size guide before purchasing).

  • Change of mind after receiving the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier.
